9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY NORTH CAROLINA LAW, ZEREBRAL LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
